Higher spec. property with 3 floors and / or more than one bathroom (excl. WC) Minimum charge is for 3hrs

Our cleaning staff, many of whom have been with us over  12 years are  reliable,  fully  insured, managed,  vetted / DBS checked and  are trained to clean to a 5 star standard. We are not an agency and the cleaners are our employees, not merely sourced, employed by the client and left to it.  They are also backed up by a skilled, flexible and very "hands on" cleaning management team. 

Service set up is quick, client friendly and convenient. It can be done by phone or email with or without  a short home visit according to preference.  You would then have the same operative on your chosen day  each time backed up by active, blue chip level  customer service. 

Simple, fixed, transparent  pricing with no hidden extras, standing charges, tricky contracts or VAT - our standard hourly rate is £10.65 with no  agency fees  or separate payments to cleaners - just one simple calendar monthly invoice by email payable by BACS or post.  We are secure key holders and our service is 100% flexible.
